It’s just one of those days.  A rainy Wednesday and there are a couple neccessities to make the day just a little brighter.

Hunter boots- the most comfortable & fashionable rainboots.  I have the ones with the wedge- so I can wear my rain boots and be taller too!

The perfect trenchcoat.  Beige is a classic and will keep you warm & dry all day.

A chick flick & some popcorn will make any rainy day fun.

An adorable hat to keep your head warm, oh and of course a cute umbrella.

Nothing makes me feel more girly then shimmer & glitter.  Lately I have been noticing that glitter is definitely something that never goes out of style.  From tinsel hair extensions to sparkly shoes, the glitzy look is a classic.  What better than a little sparkle to jazz up your Monday? 🙂

I am lucky enough to have an IKEA store within 10 miles of my condo.  My first experience with IKEA was when I was going away to college.  Like most colleges, at UCONN, when we walked in, it looked like a jail cell.  Most of my lamps, chairs, and bedding were all from IKEA to make my room adorable.  When I moved in with my boyfriend (now husband!), we wanted a very modern look to our condo.  Since we did not have much space and were on a budget, a trip to IKEA made our first condo together a home.  See some of my IKEA decorations.
