I am so excited to for the Rory Beca 2012 line at Forever 21.  Beca’s colorful and feminine pieces are usually sold at boutiques, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue and other high-end department stores.  Being able to purchase her collection at Forever 21 is such a great opportunity for all of us thrifty shoppers.
