I am so excited to be heading to Punta Cana for my cousin’s destination wedding next week. Although we will be back before Christmas, it got my thinking, how do you keep the holilday spirit in a tropical place? Since I am a New England girl, when I think of Christmas, I think of snow, mittens, decorating pine trees, and hot apple cider. In Punta Cana, there will be beaches, tropical cocktails, and bikinis.
