My Man Crush ❤

I am so proud of this guy! My hubby, Ryan, is the Treasurer of a local breast cancer non-profit organization, The Linda Clemens Breast Cancer Foundation. Every May is their annual Pink Glove Party, which is their charity gala to raise money to help local women affected by breast cancer. It was a huge success & Ryan worked so hard to prepare for this successful event.  Here are a few photos we took while on our way to the event.

Celebrity-inspired Maternity Fashion: Seraphine Maternity

Looking good while pregnant can be a challenge, especially because comfort precedes fashion at times. I do not care how amazing something looks at this point; if it’s not comfortable, I’m not wearing it! I was so happy to collaborate with Seraphine Maternity because their clothing is so well-made and truly designed for maternity.  This Grey Space Dye Knit Maternity Maxi Dress was so comfortable and flattering since the fabric is sooo soft and flattering.  The dress is meant to grow with you and also be worn post-maternity which is an absolute plus as well!  I saw how Christina Aguilera styled the dress & tried to steal her look!

Maternity Session with Matthew J. Wagner

I have always thought there is something so beautiful about pregnancy. I think women look gorgeous pregnant and always knew that I would want to do maternity photos so that I could cherish the entire experience forever. I decided to do these photos at 37 weeks so that I would be “very pregnant” in the photos.   Matthew J. Wagner, a Connecticut based photographer, did a beautiful job making me feel comfortable and confident and making sure to photograph flattering and beautiful shots.  Being 9 months pregnant, knowing those “flattering” angles are super important!  Here are a few of my favorites.

Sunshine & Floral

With exactly 3 weeks left until my due date, I am at the point where when I get dressed in the morning, I wear “whatever fits”. The great thing about this gorgeous weather is that maxi dresses are the perfect, comfortable solution for this late in pregnancy. The pool is open, the sun is shinin’ and I am rockin’ this awesome watch gifted from Guess- the perfect summer watch since the band is silicone & waterproof and has gorgeous rose gold accents.

Steal of the Week!

I get so excited when I find a deal that is unbelievable. This cotton patterned dress was $5 on clearance at Marshall’s. It was not maternity but fit perfectly! The leather sandals were also from Marshall’s, Franco Sarto for only $25. All in all, I was so thrilled with this $30 complete look.
