I was going through my closet and found one of my favorite spring dresses- I can’t wait to wear it again. It was bought for my bridal shower last year in June from a local boutique. It’s the perfect balance of girly & trendy. My mom’s dress is pretty cute too, I may have to borrow it this season! 🙂

Today is supposed to be one of the first snowstorms of this year. After a very mild, unusually warm winter, we are expecting a White Wenesday. So instead of pretty-ing myself up, I tied my hair back with a headband and grabbed put on some mascara and lip gloss.

Spring is just around the corner. The color of pretty flowers, greenery, and bright blue skies inspires me to lighten up my wardrobe a bit- colorwise, of course. Pastels are so flirty and fun and can be incoporated in so many different ways.

This past weekend was a much-needed couple of days of relaxing with friends & family. Sushi, The Oscars, and pretty nails were a great recipe to this weekend.

This weekend was fabulous. We started off Friday night with an incredible birthday dinner at Fleming Steakhouse in West Hartford, CT for our friend Jonathan. It was phenomenal from the floating orchid center pieces to the incredible drink menu. My favorite part was roasting the guest of honor. It was a very fun twist to a fabulous party.
